Privacy Policy
This independent MOSS-Image community site is operated by the site owner, reachable at createsun@foxmail.com. We are not OpenMOSS or MOSI.AI. This notice covers our website and waitlist, not the external projects linked from it.
What we collect and why
When you join the waitlist, we store your email address, the source page, a salted hash of your IP address, your browser’s user-agent string, and a signup timestamp. We use your email only to contact you about launch updates for the proposed hosted service. At the moment no automated email is sent when you sign up; the site owner reads the list directly from the database. Source page helps us understand signup context; hashed IP and user-agent data support abuse prevention. We do not use this information for advertising profiles or sell it.
Your IP address is processed transiently to derive the salted hash; the application does not store the raw IP in D1. A hash is pseudonymous data, not a promise of anonymity. Temporary request-throttle records contain a hashed IP and timestamp and are removed on subsequent validly parsed requests after a short window.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the site, Worker, and D1 database and may process network and security information under its own terms. If we later add an email-sending provider, we will name it on this page before using it to contact you. Cloudflare may process data in other countries. Their own privacy documentation describes their infrastructure practices.
If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, its security widget processes information needed to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic. This site does not load the widget unless configured. External links to Hugging Face, GitHub, X, or other sites are governed by those sites’ policies.
Retention and your choices
Our intended retention is until you request removal, or up to 12 months after your latest signup or launch communication. The owner must perform periodic deletion; an automated retention job is not included in this template. Short-lived throttle data is cleaned up as new requests arrive. Infrastructure backups may retain deleted records for the provider’s backup lifecycle.
To request access, correction, deletion, or to stop updates, email createsun@foxmail.com from the address you used to join. We may verify that you control the address. We aim to respond within 30 days. Joining is optional, and you can browse the site without joining.
Security and changes
We restrict application inputs, use prepared database statements, and keep service credentials outside the source code. No system can guarantee absolute security. If our processing changes, this page will be updated with a new effective date before materially different collection begins.
Terms of Use
This site provides independent commentary, illustrative creative materials, and a waitlist for a possible hosted service. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenMOSS, Fudan University, MOSI.AI, Midjourney, or OpenAI. Names are used only to identify the projects discussed.
The gallery is composed of manually authored SVG mockups. It is not a benchmark or a collection of MOSS-Image model outputs. Model descriptions are based on linked public documentation and may become outdated. Check primary sources before relying on technical guidance.
Prices, credits, roadmap items, commercial workflows and service levels are provisional. Joining the waitlist does not create a paid contract, guarantee access, reserve a discount, or establish a launch date. No payment is accepted on this site.
Use the site lawfully. Do not submit another person’s email without their permission, attempt to bypass security checks, or disrupt the service. You are responsible for assessing licenses and rights for any external model or generated material you use.
The site and its educational content are provided as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted service, fitness for a particular use, or model performance. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact the owner for questions or corrections.
